Our products are shipped from our international warehouse and are typically delivered within 5–10 business days with tracked shipping. If your item is available in our local UK warehouse, it will instead be delivered within 1–2 business days via a trusted local courier with tracking.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please note that the delivery times above are estimates and delays may occasionally occur. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these delivery terms.

If your order is shipped from our international warehouse, you may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees upon arrival.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please remember to check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email.

If your order is shipped from our international warehouse, customs charges or import fees may apply.

Our prices do not include VAT, customs duties, or import charges for orders shipped from our warehouse in China. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
