Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Our products are shipped from our international warehouse with tracked delivery within 5–10 business days. If the product is available at our Swedish warehouse, it will instead be shipped via PostNord with tracked delivery within 1–2 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occur. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these shipping terms.

If your order is shipped from our international warehouse, additional import fees may apply.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder if you can't find the email.

If your order is shipped from our international warehouse, additional fees may apply.

Our prices are exclusive of VAT, which means customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply when your order is shipped from our warehouse in China. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
