Terms & Conditions – SilkySkin™

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a full summary of your purchase, including selected items, prices, and shipping details. If you notice anything incorrect, please contact us right away at kontakt@silkyskin.se. We’ll make sure to sort it out as quickly as possible.

Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 5–10 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Please note: High demand or postal delays can affect shipping times. If your delivery is significantly delayed and you haven’t received an update, don’t hesitate to reach out.

All orders include a tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs fees or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility where applicable and are not controlled by SilkySkin™.

Pricing

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from suppliers or in the event of pricing errors. If a mistake occurs, we’ll correct it promptly.

Limitation of Liability

SilkySkin™ is not liable for indirect damages related to the use of our products, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We’re also not responsible for delays or issues caused by external factors beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, customs processing, or natural events, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We aim to present all products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearances may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, and other factors.

Return Policy

If you'd like to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

Returns must be unused and in original packaging, with the original hygiene seal intact where applicable. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is incorrect or defective.

To initiate a return, email us at kontakt@silkyskin.se. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason, where this right applies under applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at kontakt@silkyskin.se within the withdrawal period.

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed products that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken, where permitted by applicable law.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase.

No additional fees are charged for processing the refund.

Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

If the order was paid using Klarna, the refund will be processed through Klarna according to Klarna’s refund procedures.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is used for order handling, shipping, customer service, and other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

We never sell your personal data. We only share personal data with third parties as described in our Privacy Policy, including where necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., with payment providers or couriers).
